DELIVERY POLICY:

Love of Lingerie orders are dispatched in plain boxes or envelopes with no indication as to their contents. Stock permitting, orders placed between Monday and Friday will be dispatched within 3 working days, orders placed outside of office hours will be processed the next working day. Love of Lingerie operate a back order system with our manufacturers to ensure items are available in the shortest possible time frame. We aim to ship all non-stock orders within 7 to 21 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties where we unable to dispatch goods within 28 days, Love of Lingerie will contact the customer and offer the option to change the order to an alternative style or cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made. Love of Lingerie will usually be able to notify you within 48 hours on the status of your order. No contract will commence between you and Love of Lingerie for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Love of Lingerie accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product.

Love of Lingerie goods are dispatched from within the United Kingdom and will be sent using Royal Mail or courier depending on the size of the order.
Some products sold by Love of Lingerie are imported from overseas. These products may on occasion take up to 28 days for delivery to be completed. Any product with an estimated delivery time outside of Love of Lingerie standard delivery policy will stated on the product information page.

For goods delivered within the UK the following postage charges apply :

Orders less than £40.00, will be charged £3.50 postage and packing per order.
Orders over £40.00 will be delivered free of charge.(Mainland UK only)
Re issue of orders returned to Love of Lingerie as unclaimed will be charged at £4.95 per order.

All parcels require a signature, regardless of size. If you are unable to have your parcel delivered to your home address why not take advantage of our 2nd address policy, and have your package sent to a friends or even your place of work for no extra cost.

Deliveries usually take up to 5 working days in the United Kingdom. Please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding delivery of your order.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to sales@love-of-lingerie.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date. Love of Lingerie can not be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process. All Packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges as defined on our Delivery & Returns page.

RETURNS POLICY:

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a full refund of the cost of the item(s) returned, provided that you return them to us within 21 days, in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.

Love of Lingerie inspect all items prior to dispatch to ensure that the goods you receive are of the highest quality. Should customers receive any damaged goods a full refund will be issued upon return of the goods.

Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this request has not been adhered to.

Any items returned without original packaging, with missing labels, soiled, worn, washed or smelling of perfume or cigarette smoke will be sent back to the customer without replacement or refund.

Items supplied in heat sealed packaging that have been opened, will be deemed non refundable and non exchangeable.

It is advised that products that require batteries are tested before use.

All lingerie or nightwear returns must have a returns number. Customers can obtain a returns number by emailing us at sales@love-of-lingerie.co.uk.

Love of Lingerie strongly recommended that customers use Recorded Delivery when returning goods. Love of Lingerie cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in the postal system.

Upon receipt of your returned order Love of Lingerie will endeavour to issue a full refund for the goods returned within 7 days, providing all the above conditions have been met.

Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable. Item(s) where free postage and packaging was applied will be refunded minus postal costs.

Free Gifts - If you change your mind and return your item or items under this returns policy you must also return any FREE gift or promotional item associated with the promotion and received by you as a result of that order. In the event of the FREE gift not being returned with the unwanted items, we reserve the right to deduct the retail price of the FREE gift from any refund.
